Have rented this place many many times and will return many times more. Bob is Great to rent from. We miss the cleaning lady Cindy but Kimberly is wonderful too.

Clean and modern, with a stunning view of the lake from your window. This is hands down our favorite rental. It’s only 30 minutes from Charlotte with tons of restaurants and a Harris teeter right around the corner. We will be returning ASAP!!! Thank you Bob!!

we extended my wife's business trip by a couple days to take a break. we could not have been happier with our choice of properties. The place is peaceful and just what we were hoping for. We had the upstairs unit. the view from the screened in porch was exceptional. we got the opportunity to meet the owners. They are were very engaging and by the end of the conversation, the impression was, they are exceptional people. This is a five star location relative to the exact description the owner's provide. if you are looking for a lavish Westin hotel then this probably isn't for you. if you are looking for an awesome, quiet, peaceful place to relax. stay here! we will be back.

We enjoyed our stay! House was very clean ! Just wish we could have used the hottub. Our unit is on the second floor and with the hot tub being on the first floors balcony it's in eyeview of whoever is staying in that unit so felt we would l disturb whoever stayed there. The hot tub is right in front of that person's windows. Bummed we couldn't use it since those people were in bed very early. Other than that highly recommend this peaceful lake property!

My friends and I stayed for a child free Mothers Day weekend. This place did not disappoint! Beautiful view. Very well stocked with pots and pans and even some spices. We had a great time using the hot tub and enjoyed the peace and quiet. We will definitely try to come back!

I have been to Rosella 3 times and I really like the place. Decoration is great, there is a lot of attention to detail and the view of the lake is spectacular!! Super clean and well maintained.

Quaint apartment with all the amenities for a lake stay! Owners are very helpful. Grill was magnificent! A great weekend getaway!

Stunning views of the water and boats and wildlife while sitting up in the trees on the second level screened in porch area. Absolutely gorgeous. Super comfortable and clean. Will definitely be back!
